Online Panel

The Online panel shows who else is currently viewing the same project, in real time. It lets you see where your teammates are looking on the map and jump to their position instantly.

Access

Online button in the viewer toolbar

Click the Online button (users icon) in the toolbar. A green badge on the button shows how many other users are currently active in the project.

note

The badge only counts other users — it does not include you.

What you see

Online panel with no other users currently active

Each online user appears as a row in the panel with the following information:

  • A green presence dot confirming they are currently active
  • Their display name and role badge (Owner, Editor, Contributor, or Viewer)
  • A blue Presenter badge if they have started a presentation
  • Their current camera coordinates (latitude, longitude, and altitude), updated every 2 seconds
  • A Fly To button — click it to fly your camera directly to their current position
note

The panel only ever lists other people — your own session is never shown as a row. If you're the only person currently viewing the project, the panel displays "No other users online," as in the screenshot above.

Real-time updates

The panel updates automatically without any action on your part:

  • Camera coordinates refresh every 2 seconds
  • Users appear in the list as soon as they open the project
  • Users disappear from the list within seconds of leaving or closing the tab
  • A typing indicator appears next to a user's name when they are composing a comment
tip

Use Fly To during a meeting or review to quickly see what a colleague is looking at, without asking them to share their screen.
