Guided Tour

A step-by-step interactive tour that highlights key features when you first open a project.

How it works​

  • The tour starts automatically on your first visit to a project.
  • It highlights each area of the interface one at a time, with a brief explanation.
  • Click Next to move through the steps, or click anywhere outside the highlight to skip.

Tour steps​

The tour covers these areas in order:

  1. 3D/2D toggle
  2. Environment controls (lighting, shadows, terrain, weather)
  3. Location search
  4. Drawing and measurement tools
  5. Layers panel
  6. Scenarios panel
  7. Comments panel
  8. Analytics dashboard
  9. Collaboration / Online panel
  10. Export and screenshot
  11. A final message with a reminder about the Command Palette shortcut (Ctrl+K)

Restarting the tour​

To take the tour again:

  • Open Settings (gear icon) and click Restart guided tour.
  • Or open the Command Palette (Ctrl+K) and search for "Restart guided tour".
tip

If you skipped the tour on first load, you can always restart it from Settings whenever you want a refresher on a particular area of the interface.
