Share Links

Create shareable, read-only links to your project so recipients can view the 3D scene without logging in.

Creating a share link

1. Click the Share button in the toolbar overflow menu (three dots icon).
2. Optionally enter a label to identify the link.
3. Optionally set a password — anyone opening the link will need to enter it first.
4. Choose which scenarios to include (all or a specific one).
5. Set an expiry (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or no expiry).
6. Click Create link.

Managing share links

• View existing links with their view count, expiry status, and password indicator.
• Copy the link to your clipboard.
• Preview the link in a new tab.
• Extend an expired link by 30 days.
• Delete a link to permanently revoke access.

Security

• Password-protected shares require the correct password before showing any data.
• After 5 failed password attempts, the link is locked for 15 minutes.
• Error messages do not reveal whether the share is password-protected.
• Internal storage paths and project metadata are never exposed to anonymous viewers.

Share links are read-only. Viewers cannot edit layers, add comments, or modify scenarios.

Anyone with the link (and password, if set) can view the project. Use expiry dates for time-sensitive sharing.
